You’ve probably read those stories about successful companies having started in a garage and asked yourself—is that true? Well, in the case of ONR, it is! In 2018, Carlos Guzman, Alan Gucovschi, and Nicolás Turbay—a group of friends in Miami—were dreamers who thought the the community-living experience needed to be revamped. Pulling all-nighters in their car shed as they tinkered with new bits of software and continued polishing their design, the team started growing and what started as a passion project has evolved into the ALL-IN-ONE community management platform for condos and HOAs in the digital age.
